PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To finish an inner ring of a rolling bearing with high accuracy by preparing it through pressing material, performing cold rolling process on specified portions of the outer diameter surface to form orbit grooves, and thereby dispensing with forging and cutting. SOLUTION: A peripheral surface 2 of a pulley in contact with a belt is integrated with an outer diamete surface of an outer ring 4 of a ball bearing 3. The ball bearing 3 has also an inner ring 5. A plurality of balls 6 assembled between orbit grooves 5a and 4a of the inner ring 5 and the outer ring 4 are held by a holder 7 with circumferentially equal spacings. A mounting part 9 is bently formed in an inner diameter direction on one end of the inner ring 5 in its axial direction over its all circumference. The mounting part 9 is mounted on a pulley 1 by means of a bolt 10 through an insertion hole 11. A circular mounting groove is formed on axially both ends of the outer ring 4. An outer diameter end of a seal member 13 is fitted or press-fitted to the groove. A seal lip on a leading end of the seal member 13 is in contact with an outer diameter surface 14 of the inner ring on both sides of the inner ring orbit groove 5a for the enclosure of the bearing inner space. |
