摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of the positional deviation of a rotor magnet, etc., and resin burrs when a rotor is molded by molding the rotor in such a way that only the rotor magnet and peripheral section of the yoke of the rotor are molded in advance with a small-sized primary molding tool, and the primary molded body and remaining part of the rotor are molded with a secondary molding tool. SOLUTION: Many rotor magnets 13 are annually arranged in a recess 12 formed in a lower mold 11a of a primary molding tool and, at the same time, an annular yoke 14 made of a magnetic material is arranged on the outer peripheral side which becomes the opposite side to a stator with respect to the magnets 13. Then, an upper mold 11b is put on and clamped to the lower mold 11a, and a primary molded body 17 is formed by filling up a cavity 15 of the primary molding tool with a resin 16 and curing the resin. After the primary molded body 17 is formed, the body 17 is arranged in a recess 19 of a lower mold 18a of a secondary molding tool 18 and an upper mold 18b of the tool 18 is put on and clamped to the lower mold 18a. Then, a rotor 22 is formed by filling up a cavity 20 of the molding tool 18 with a resin 21 and curing the resin 21.
