PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure excellent vibration resistant performance and vibration control performance by supporting an apparatus mounting stand in parallel by an air spring and a piston-shaped member to transmit driving displacement of piezoactuators through a working fluid. SOLUTION: Since a load of a mounted apparatus and an apparatus mounting stand 1 is received by being shared with plural piezoactuators 4... through an air spring 2, a piston-shaped member 3 and a working fluid 6, even when a mounted apparatus load is large, a load rate shared with the piezoactuators 4... is small, and inconvenience such as restriction of a driving range and interference with control force of the piezoactuators 4... can be eliminated, and a spring constant is reduced, and a resonance frequency can be set low, and prescribed vibration resistant performance and vibration control performance can be exhibited to vibration of a wide frequency range including a low frequency ara. |
