Composite panel comprising at least three thermoplastic material-based layers, including an inner layer (A) containing cellulose particles dispersed therein, and two lateral layers (B), arranged on either side of said inner layer, reinforced by reinforcement fibre textiles and substantially free from cellulose particles. Thermoforming method of such a composite panel, wherein said different layers are assembled and thermoformed simultaneously with no preliminary assembly of the layers (A) and (B). |
