PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably treat an unstationary waste water with a stationary waste water treating device without lowering the flux of a membrane by specifying the pH value of the unstationary waste water in a thermal power plant. SOLUTION: The unstationary waste water generated from a thermal power plant is introduced into a pH regulating tank 8 and regulated to pH 8 to 11. The pH-regulated unstationary waste water is supplied to a solid-liq. separator 5 through a communicating pipeline 9. When the unstationary waste water is treated simultaneously with the stationary waste water, a part of the concd. water of a membrane separator 4 for treating the stationary waste water is discharged into the solid-liq. separator 5. Accordingly, a mixture of the pH- regulated unstationary waste water and concd. water is subjected to soli-liq. separation. The supernatant water is returned to a flocculation tank 1 through a return pipe 7. Since the pH regulating tank 8 and solid-liq. separator 5 are provided to the stationary waste water treating device in this way, the unstationary waste water is treated simultaneously with the stationary waste water. |
