PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an antiallergic and antiinflammatory food having excellent gustation, safe to a human body and capable of digesting with a sense of security even in an infant, and capable of relaxing the restriction of a diet even in a patient having a food allergic disease and required to control a diet. SOLUTION: This antiallergic and antiinflammatory food contains juice obtained from a fruit if Phyllanthus emblica L. and/or an extract obtained from the fruit as an active component, or a mixture of either one of a dried and crushed material, an extract and an extracted and dried material of a part other than the fruit of the Phyllanthus emblica L. with ascorbic acid. |
