PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce communication charges, without in conveniencing to input the position of a portable terminal. SOLUTION: When a terminal 1 on an originating side outputs a dial number to call a PHS terminal 11, a station number retrieving means 5 extracts an area number in the dial number and retrieves a private network station number from a private network station number table with the area number as a key. A private network station number adding means 6 adds the retrieved private network station number to the dial number and sends it to a private exchange network 8. A private branch 10, having a designated private network station number, calls a public network by using the dial number. Since a private network station number of a private branch exchange which is nearest the area number is stored in the private network station number table, a private branch exchange 10 which is nearest the terminal 11 among plural private branch exchanges that are connected to the network 8, can be used to call the PHS terminal 11. |
