PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a system, which efficiently reduces the waiting time between musics, by providing a memory, in which music information for more than one music is stored, and storing the musical information for the next music to be played in the memory. SOLUTION: Musical information is transferred to a memory 3 from a buffer memory 6 in which the musical information for a single music is stored. The transferred musical information is reproduced, the performance information is outputted to an amplifier 7 and the lyrics and the video signals are outputted to a monitor 5. When an optical card 1 is ejected from an optical card reproducing section 2, a user inserts the card 1 which records the music to be reproduced next and similarly selects a next music. A control section 10 reads control information from the inserted card 1 and records the information. Then, the musical information of the music number inputted from an operating section 4 is read from the card 1 and the information is stored in the memory 6, the musical information is transferred to the memory 3 and the card is ejected. During these operations, the reproducing of the musical information is continued without any interruption. |
