PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure braking force of a necessary degree by transmitting a tread force form a first clevis side having a large pedal ratio in a case of a booster failure. SOLUTION: A long hole 3a is formed in a first clevis 3 and a first clevis pin 47 of a brake pedal 6 is penetrated into the long hole 3a. On the other hand, a second clevis pin 4 is provided on a second clevis 4 and the brake pedal 6 is brought in contact therewith from the rear side. Both clevises 3, 4 are connected to each other via an elastic member 48 composed of a flat spring. When the brake pedal 6 is stepped and if a tread force is small, the leg-power is transmitted from the second clevis 4 side which has a small pedal ratio to the input shaft 5. When the tread force becomes large and the elastic member 48 is elastically deformed toward the left side, the tread force is transmitted from the first clevis 3 side which has the large pedal ratio to the input shaft 5. |
