<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a straight angle line to be aligned easily and surely with high precision by a method, wherein the first and second coil units with only one column of a straight angle line, planarly wound around are alternately laminatedly arranged. SOLUTION: The first coil units 11 are formed by winding straight angle lines 17 in plane mode as seen from the front side of a figure clockwise from the inside to outside around the first rectangular bobbin unit 15. Likewise, the second coil units 13 are formed by winding straight angle lines 17 in planar mode, as seen from the front side in the figure from the inside to the out side counterclockwise around the second bobbin unit 19. Next, the outside ends 11a and 13a of the first coil unit 11 and the second coil unit 13 in an adjacent pair are made mutually conductive. Furthermore, the inside ends 11b and 13b of the first coil unit 11 and the second coil unit 13, not in an adjacent pair, are made mutually conductive.</p> |
