PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the attenuation and distortion of a transmission signal by a method in which the first superconducting layer, which is operated at a relatively high temperature and a relatively low temperature at least differing a specific value, and the second superconducting layer, which is superconducting at a relatively low temperature and non-superconducting at a relatively high temperature, are provided. SOLUTION: An electric device 10 can be operated at a relatively low superconducting temperature and at a relatively high superconducting temperature differing at least 20K. The device 10 is provided with a ceramic substrate 14, a substrate plane surface 12 formed on the first side of the ceramic substrate 14, a high temperature superconducting layer 16 formed on the opposite side of the ceramic substrate 14, an insulating layer 18 formed on an HTS layer 18 and a low temperature superconducting layer 20 formed on the insulating layer 18. As the HTS layer is formed by low heat conducting ceramic, there is almost no heat conduction from a high temperature resin 24 to a low temperature region 26. An LTS layer has superconducting property in low temperature region and it is not superconductive in high temperature region. As a result, low thermal loss and the attenuation of electric signal, which is transmitted between two temperature environments, can be made small.
|
