PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect a rotor from high temperature by forming hollow chambers as insulative layers between an accumulator segment and the rotor, and between a base of a rotating blade and the rotor. SOLUTION: In a high pressure compressor, a base 4 of a rotating blade 3 is inserted into each of circumferential grooves 5 formed on a rotor 1 with axially equal spacings. In order to thermally protect the rotor 1, at least one circumferential groove 7 provided with a hook 8 extending over all circumference of the rotor 1 is formed between the two adjacent circumferential grooves 5 for the rotating blade 3. At least two plate-like accumulator segments 6 each having at least one foot 11 provided with profile corresponding to the hook 8 of the rotor 1 are inserted into the circumferential groove 7 with dislocation in a diameter direction and engaged therewith. Hollow chambers 13 as insulative layers are formed between the accumulator segment 6 and the rotor 1, and between the rotating blade 3 and the rotor 1. Velocity of compressed air 10 is remarkably reduced in the insulative layers.
