PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set tight sealing by forming the diameter of a shape memory alloy plug for sealing the opening end of a fuel passage smaller than the inner diameter of the opening end of the fuel passage, and tightly sealing and engaging the plug with the inner diameter of the opening end of the fuel passage so as to tightly seal the fuel passage, when the plug is expanded by applying metallurgical phase change. SOLUTION: An electromagnetic fuel injector assembly 10 is provided with an injector main body 12, feeding of fuel from a fuel tank to a nozzle assembly 40 is controlled by a solenoid pressure balance control valve 58 provided on a side main body 16. The control valve 58 and the assembly 40 are communicated with each other through a high pressure fuel passage 94. In this case, the opening end 104 of the terminal part 98 of the high pressure fuel passage 94 is sealed by fitting of the shape memory alloy plug 106 whose diameter is formed smaller than the inner diameter of the opening end 104 of the fuel passage, and for sealing the fuel passage 94 by expanding by applying metallurgical phase change from a martensite to an austenite after it is inserted into a terminal part 98.
