<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an alloy structural body producing a multi-wall alloy structural body produced with one part structure having at least one of extremely thin wall at one casting, by using a casting equipment providing a special mechanism. SOLUTION: Molten alloy is injected into a cavity 12 and solidified to form a prescribed structural body. A charging line 14 is positioned to the upper part of range of a mold cavity 12 designated to a prescribed structural body. The molten alloy is supplied from a reservoir 16 demarcated with a vessel 15 and fed into the cavity 12 for structural body in the mold 11 through the charging line 14. A charge pressure control means is constituted with a bypass line 20 positioned at the upper part of the cavity 12 for structural body in the mold 11 and removing the excess molten allay after filling up a control orifice 18 and the cavity 12 connecting with the charging line 14, removing the heat pressure of the molten alloy and ejecting the improper creeping movement of a ceramic shell 10. The bypass line 20 is communicated with the reservoir 22.</p> |
