摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to recover water from a cycle with higher efficiency and solve the prevention problem of white smoke of exhaust gas from a turbine at the same time and further remove CO2 gas dissolved in the recovered water and thereby inhibit the corrosion of an apparatus by mixing hot air generated from an air cooler with turbine exhausted gas after the recovery of water. SOLUTION: Turbine exhaust gas 1 is cooled with an exhaust gas reheater E1 so as to produce an intermediate temperature exhaust gas 2 having a temperature of higher than a dew point and is placed in direct and counter current contact with low temperature circulating water 3 at a water recovery tower CX, thereby recovering water. The low temperature vapor saturated exhaust gas 4 from the water recovery tower CX is mixed with hot air 6 generated in an air cooler AF of high temperature circulating water 5 and heated with the exhaust gas reheater E1 and is exhausted outside. The low temperature recovery water 3, which is cooled at and avilable from the air cooler AF is circulatingly used for the cooling water which his used at the water recovery tower CX. The collection water 7 available from the water collection tower CX used to remove dissolved CO2 at a CO2 removal tower DX by placing the water in direct and counter current contact with the open air. The exhaust gas from the CO2 removal tower DX is mixed with a hot air 8 generated at the cooler AF and exhausted outside.</p>
