PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and effectively mold a door handle for a car having good appearance and excellent in weld strength. SOLUTION: A thermoplastic resin such as polycarbonate, polyester carbonate, nylon or aromatic polyester is used as a molding material and subjected to injection molding by using a heat insulating mold equipped with a means for suppressing the sudden cooling of a molten resin by introducing a heat insulating layer or heating wires in the periphery of the cavity of a cavity mold and/or a core mold.
