PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a ground electrode from being peeled off or the like by a mechanical impact or the like which adversely affects filter characteristics. SOLUTION: An internal ground electrode 70 is provided on a dielectric layer 105, an electrode 130 for resonance is provided on the dielectric layer 104, the electrode 110 for the resonance is provided on the dielectric layer 103 and the internal ground electrode 20 is provided on the dielectric layer 102. The dielectric layers 105, 104, 103, 102 and 101 are laminated from a lower part in the order, the internal ground electrodes 20 and 70 are embedded inside a dielectric 10 and this strip line filter 100 is formed by simultaneous calcination. |
