摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve receiving by starting the reception of a demodulated signal when the intensity of a radio signal becomes higher than a reference value and stopping signal reception when a period in which intensity is higher than the reference continues for more than a enough time to judge abnormality with respect to the abnormality of receiving at an early stage to stop receiving operation. SOLUTION: A carrier sensing means 34 measures the intensity of a received radio wave to compare a prescribed level (Es). When a receiving means comes into a receivable state and the means 34 detects a carrier, a signal judging means 35 analyzes a demodulated signal from the means 33 to execute bit synchronization detection, frame synchronization detection and request signal reception. When the means 35 confirms the request signal, an answering means 36 sends a meter inspecting value data from a meter 4 to a radio equipment 2 on a collecting side as a response signal. The equipment 2 receives this response signal and stores meter inspection value data in a data collecting device 5.</p>
