PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a hot-melt ink for a hot-melt injection by containing a wax as a solid at an ambient temperature and having melting point thereof at around 50-150 deg.C, especially the wax containing a ketone, an amide resin and a coloring agent. SOLUTION: This hot-melt ink is produced by a procedure shown in the figure. A stearone 2, methylene-bis-stearic acid amide 4 and an amide resin 6 are melted by heating at approximately 70-250 deg.C, preferably at 100-200 deg.C, a coloring agent 8 is mixed, and the mixture is agitated for mixing in a dissolving device 10 at 200-10000RPM, preferably at 500-5000RPM. The hot-melt ink thus produced, has an increased transparency and heat resistance. |
