PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a production method for a new zirconia thin film to form a good green sheet by considerably reducing a loading of a bonding medium, a dispersant, an anti-foaming agent, a plasticizer, a solvent and the like. SOLUTION: A slurry is prepared by loading a bonding medium, a dispersant, an anti-foaming agent, a plasticizer and a solvent with a zirconia powder, of which a primary particle diameter is 500-800 angstrom and a surface area is 3-10m<2> /g, containing a stabilization agent. This slurry is vacuum deaerated and viscosity is adjusted by an evaporation of the solvent, then a green sheet is formed on a carrier film by using a doctor blade apparatus to burn by using an alumina setter. |
