PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To approximately estimate the number of sheets of forms to be produced before the voices are inputted to a part where the input of voices is too late by forming a space almost equal to the number of spoken words at the relevant part. SOLUTION: When a sound recording instruction key is pushed if an input operation of an input device 1 is too late, a voice input device 3 fetches the voices through a microphone and a voice compression/expansion device 4 compresses the voices. These compressed voices are stored in a voice storage buffer of a storage 6. Then the start and end voice marks are inserted at the present cursor position, and a timer is started. A CPU 10 analyzes the voice frequency via a frequency analysis device 9 and inserts a space by an extent equivalent to the voice speed. When an input operation is started again, a sound recording stop instruction key is pushed and the character input is received. A 'too-late part' is pointed by a cursor after a brief input operation is over. Thus, the voices are automatically outputted from a voice output device 5 and an operator inputs the characters while listening to the outputted voices to overwrite the characters in the space. |
