PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a nickel-base alloy, used for an equipment, such as industrial waste combustion boiler, to be exposed to severe corrosion and excellent in workability and stability of structure as well as in corrosion resistance, and a seamless tube produced by using this alloy as a stock. SOLUTION: (1) This nickel-base alloy has a chemical composition consisting of, by weight, <=0.05% C, <=0.5% Si, <=0.5% Mn, <=0.01% P, 20-25% Cr, 8-12% Mo, >0.5-1.0% Nb, >15-20% Fe, <=0.4% Al, <=0.1%, in total, or rate earth elements, <=0.01% Ca, <=0.01% Mg, <=0.01% B, and the balance Ni with inevitable impurities and satisfying inequality Fe(%)>=4×Nb(%)+12.5. (2) A seamless tube is composed of the nickel-base alloy of the aforesaid (1). (3) A laminated seamless tube is constituted so that its external surface side, internal surface side, or internal and external surface sides are composed of the nickel-base alloy of the aforesaid (1). |
