PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the bonding strength as well as the durability against separation between a vibrating member and a neighboring member and reduce the thickness of adhesive to minimize the absorption of vibration of the vibrating member into the adhesive by a method wherein the adhesive is applied to the neighboring part of an opposing surface while a chamfer is formed between the vibration member and the fixed member. SOLUTION: Adhesion between a piezo-electric actuator 38 and a partition 40 is effected by applying a predetermined amount of adhesives 42 on the surface of the piezo-electric actuator 38, which is opposed to the bulkhead, through the technique of screen printing or the like. Next, the partition 40 is pressed against the piezo-electric actuator 38 to extrude excessive adhesive 42 out of a space between the piezo-electric actuator 38 and the partition 40. According to this method, the thickness of the adhesives 42 can be controlled so as to be less than the surface roughness of the piezo-electric actuator 38. Finally, the extruded adhesive 42 is rounded to shape so as to be convex toward inside, however, the radius of shaped curvature (r) is preferable to be 3-200μm when the section of the shaped curvature is supposed to be an arc.
