PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and compact slave unit by transmitting and receiving the call notification information by the weak radio waves between a portable master unit and a wristwatch-type slave unit and putting the master unit into a bag that can receive the weak radio waves. SOLUTION: A portable radio device 1 contains a card-type portable master unit 3 which receives the call information from a base station 2 and a wristwatch-type slave unit 4 which receives the weak radio waves from the unit 3. Then the device 1 receives the call information, transmitted from the station 2 via the unit 3. If the received call information is addressed to its own station, the device 1 stores inside the additional information which are continuously added to the call information. At the same time, the device 1 transmits a call notification signal by the weak radio waves. On the other hand, the unit 4 receives the call notification information and notifies a user of the reception of the information addressed to its own station by means of its built-in vibrator. Thus, it is possible to obtain the safe device L which excels in portability with no limitation on the body movements due to electric wires, etc. |
