PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a KARAOKE device which makes it possible to enjoy the part between pieces of music of KARAOKE more and promotes a pleasant atmosphere of KARAOKE. SOLUTION: A unit 8 for DJ(disc jockey) display selects video and a talk matching with precedent and following notes out of various image data and speech data for hosting stored on a high-density information recording medium such as a CD and a DVD and then reproduces them by image display devices 2 and 3 and respective speakers 5. The DJ display unit 8 makes a virtual host (disk jockey, etc.) appear by utilizing moving picture data, sampling sound, music performance data of MIDI(musical instrument digital interface), etc., and carries on hosting matching the use state of KARAOKE. On the high-density information recording medium, music information data on a number, a note, a pitch, etc., is stored corresponding to a program code, and the music information data is referred to display video and give a talk suitably for a connection between pieces of music. |
