PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the sticking of a prescribed material to the surface of a ceramic compact due to reaction at the time of sintering by disposing a porous body and the material at specified positions to the ceramic compact at the time of firing the compact. SOLUTION: A porous body 3 made preferably of a material contg. one or more among alumina, beryllia, magnesia and zirconia and having 60-70vol.% porosity is disposed on at least one edge face side of a ceramic compact 1 such as a PZT compact and the same material 5 as the material of the compact 1, e.g. a green sheet formed by casting a mixture of ceramic powder with butyral resin is disposed under the compact 1 with the porous body 3 in-between. The compact 1 is then fired. |
