PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately and quickly present coping manual information for a system alarm and to provide a coping method corresponding to a process alarm as well by providing two document servers and providing an electronic manual corresponding to an alarm. SOLUTION: A host document server 3 holds the electronic manual relating to the system alarm and is accessible even from a local control system like an A system and a B system, etc., through a public channel 2. The A system comprises a controller 4, a local document server 5, this monitoring device 7 to which an electronic manual display device body 6 is incorporated, a control system LAN 8 and an information system LAN 9. The document server 5 holds the electronic manual relating to the process alarm. The electronic manual display device body 6 reads the electronic manual pertinent to the produced alarm from the document server 3 or 5 and displays it. |
