VOICE RECORDING CONTROLLER IN DEALING COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To listen to contents recorded in a communication recorder without lowering operation efficiency by controlling the communication recorder with communication control information from an information processor. SOLUTION: A dealer performs connection with a communication terminal equipment on an opposite side through a line circuit 2 and a trunk circuit 3 and records communication contents in the communication recorder 5 connected to the trunk circuit 3 by performing call origination/termination communication by a dealing communication terminal equipment 4. In the case that the dealer listens to the recorded communication contents, the dealer inputs a date and time to perform reproduction or the like from the input device of the dealing communication terminal equipment 4 or the input device of the information processor 6 and presses a reproduction button. A network server 7 sends out the communication control information to the communication recorder 5 and specifies an area to be reproduced from the recorded contents. The recorded contents reproduced from the communication recorder 5 are outputted from the speaker or handset of the dealing communication terminal equipment 4.
