PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect promptly the ratio of total sums of operation times of each operation element to the production interval times, and also to indicate these data promptly, against a plurality of operation elements in one operation element of a production line. SOLUTION: When a production line constitutes more than one operation element (input 1, input 2, input 3), the starting time of each input (Tw1-Tw4) and operating times (T2A, T2B, T3A, T3B) are measured, production interval times (Tw5) of the operation element are measured and ratio of total sums of operation time of more than one operation elements (T2A+T2B, T3A+T3B) to an interval time (Tw5) is computed. Further, scattering data are indicated, and also the starting time of each operation element versus time is indicated as the frequency. |
