SOLUTION: Picture information of an operating system (OS) and an application program being executed and picture information from a video camera 123 obtained from a video capture interface circuit 121 are supplied to a video graphics interface circuit 120, synthesized by the video graphics interface circuit 120, and display on a screen by a CRT display 119. And in this case, color temperature conversion processing is performed for picture information outputted from the video capture interface circuit 121 by the video graphics interface circuit 120 in an information processing system 100. |
