PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an electrifying blade from being wavily deformed even when distortion is caused by the expansion and the contraction of a hopper in which toner is housed and a mount plate due to environmental fluctuation by forming plural notches at the mount part of the electrifying blade. SOLUTION: The electrifying blade 3 and an electrifying auxiliary blade 4 are made in press-contact with a developing roller with certain tension to make toner into a thin layer. In such a case, plural notches 8 are formed at regular intervals at the parts corresponding to the screw holes of the mount part on the blades 3 and 4, so that some distortion is absorbed. By forming the notches 8, the distortion of the mount part caused by the flatness of the mount part or the environmental fluctuation is absorbed by space being the notch 8, and the blades 3 and 4 are prevented from being deformed. |
