PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily separate a core metal from an elastic material which constitute a roller without any human work by providing a separating means for inserting one end of a roller by a movable means and dividing this into the core metal and the elastic material. SOLUTION: An arm 14 if a movable means 13 is moved in a lower direction by an air cylinder or the like while a roller A is joined with a magnet section 15, and the core metal 1 of the upper end part of the roller A is loaded in a fixing section 16 and moved to a first separating means 18. The roller A is inserted into the first separating means 18 by the movable means 13 and an elastic material 2 on the surface is divided into two parts along the axial center direction of the roller A. Then, if the core metal 1 is strongly joined with the elastic material 2, by press fitting the roller A into a conical second separating means 19, the roller A is divided into the core metal 1 and the elastic material 2 and then dismantled. |
