摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To treat even matter to be treated high in toughness and to obtain high treatment capacity. SOLUTION: A rotary disk 11 is fitted within a grinding chamber 8 in a rotatable manner and a fixed disk 21 is fixed in the grinding chamber 8 in opposed relation to the rotary disk 11. Rotary grinding blades 16 having a plurality of small blades 18 are attached to the surface opposed to the rotary disk 11 of the fixed disk 21 and a grinding region 30 successively becoming narrow in its interval from the center part thereof toward the periphery thereof is formed between both grinding blades 16, 25. The matter to be ground is successively moved toward the outer periphery of the grinding region 30 by the rotation of the rotary disk 11 to receive shearing force and friction force by both grinding blades 16, 25 to be ground to form ground matter having a predetermined particle size.
