<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for making fine-powder waste harmless by which the heavy metals such as lead, calcium, etc., contained in fly ash are insolubilized and effectively utilized. SOLUTION: An inorg. filler finer than the grain of fine-powder waste and a binder reactive to calcium are mixed into the fine-powder waste such as fly ash. In this case, 5-30 pts.wt. of the binder and 5-30 pts.wt. of the filler are preferably formulated with 100 pts.wt. of the waste, and 10-30 pts.wt. of water can be formulated to the admixture. The waste has 1-10μm grain diameter, and the grain diameter of the filler is preferably controlled to 0.01-0.5μm.</p> |
