<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the resistance to common mode noise at low cost while maintaining an on-time characteristic and a package size. SOLUTION: A light emitting element 1 and a light receiving element 2 are arranged through an optical coupling path and an MOSFET 3 for output operated by the photovoltaic force of the light receiving element 2 is connected. Then, a light shielding type phototransistor 4 for being light shielded to the optical signals of the light emitting element 1, being conducted when noise flows in and short-circuiting the output of the light receiving element 2 is arranged near the light receiving element 2.</p> |
