PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically remove machining burr from a workpiece by provid ing a buff mechanism such that the axial center direction of a buff wheel intersects the deburring surface of the workpiece by and angle other than an orthogonal angle and the angle is changed by pressing the rotary shaft of the buff wheel by the deburring surface side when a chucking mechanism and the buff mechanism come close to each other. SOLUTION: An axial center direction of a rotary shaft 10a of a buff wheel 11 is positioned so as to intersect the lower surface of a workpiece W as a deburring surface by an angle other than an orthogonal angle while the buff wheel 11 is prevented from being contacted with workpiece W. When a chucking mechanism (a) and a buff mechanism (b) come close to each other, if the buffer wheel 11 is pressed down by the workpiece W, the buff wheel 11 is rotated around the attaching shaft 12a of the load base 12 of a casing 10b against a spring 13. Thus, the buff surface, that is, a buff removing position, is effectively moved, spots needing deburring are all brought into contact with the buff wheel 11 and, by placing the buff wheel 11 on the deburring surface, deburring is effectively performed. |
