PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bed for hydroponics capable of reflecting a light irradiated on the bed without reserving the heat by an absorbed light, thereby suppressing an increase of a temperature of water in the bed and keeping the temperatures of a rooting zone and the water in the temperature suitable for growing of a root. SOLUTION: This bed for hydroponics has supporters 2 planted on a base plate 1, and a vessel part 4 having a groove shape and closed both end parts and a lid part 5 for the vessel part 4, which are supported by the supporters 2 with supporting rods 3 in the upper part of the bed. A nutritious liquid is poured into the interior of the vessel 4. Seedlings P grow through openings 51 of the lid part 5. The vessel part 4 and the lid part 5 are constituted of a sheet for preventing the temperature from increasing and decreasing and being a nonwoven fabric composed of filaments adhering to each other in high density and having characteristics of >=90% reflecting rate of light and 1% rate of light absorption. |
