PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically make delivery instructions with high accuracy easily and quickly. SOLUTION: A ship is selected out of those memorized, by a data base 5, and, based on the destination port of the ship selected, the information on a product which can be loaded into the ship is selected in order to make a memory part 2b memorize the information. Based on the mandatory conditions on products to be delivered, a plurality of product selecting rules, and the order- of-precedence-allowing-rule for giving a plurality of different orders of precenence among the product selecting rules, all of which are stored in storage parts 2f, 2g, a product, which meets the mandatory conditions on products to be delivered, is selected first out of the products read out from the storage part 2b, and then a product is selected among the remaining products in accordance with the product selecting rule. After this, this selecting work is continued up to the maximum loading tonnage of the ship in order to make up the delivery instruction. According to the order-of-precedence-allowing-rule, this work is carried out repeatedly, varying the order of prededence among the product selecting rules so as to make up a plurality of delivery instructions having different contents with each other. |
