The invention concerns an equipment in connection with the headbox of a paper/board machine for combining a dilution flow (L1) with the stock flow (L2) passed out of the inlet header (J) in the paper/board machine. The dilution flow (L1) is passed through the dilution-flow ducts (D1, D2...) into a separate mixing chamber (S1, S2...). The mixing chamber (S1, S2...) is defined by at least one partition wall (21a1, 21a2...), which can be installed separately, which can be installed during assembly of the headbox as a separate part between an upper plate (F1) and a lower plate (F2) placed in connection with the headbox, and which partition wall can be attached to said plates. |
