This device comprises a principal body 2 in which there is a group 1 of magnets composed of a central magnet 5 and a plurality of collateral magnets 6, 7, all of these preferably of general parallelepipedal shape. The collateral magnets 6, 7 are arranged opposite lateral faces 10 of the central magnet 5, defining an anterior planar face 8. The magnetic axis of the central magnet 5 is orthogonal with respect to said anterior face 5, whilst the magnetic axes of the collateral magnets 6, 7 form a certain convergent angularity with the magnetic axis of the central magnet 5, in such a manner that said anterior face 8 constitutes a magnetic pole opposite the tube 4 to which the device is coupled.
