The construction system is provided for the building of abutting, paired or independent (semi-detached or detached) single-family dwellings. The system is based on phases for the execution of the building, in such a manner that, in a first phase, a slab with mat reinforcement is constructed, which slab includes anchoring plates for pillars 8 provided in panels which form the vertical structures 1 and which panels or structures comprise a cement mortar 2 which has been made water-repellent, with steel mat reinforcement 3 and metallic fabric, a high-density insulation 5 and an airspace 6, being supplemented with an interior coat of plaster 10 with cement mortar, sand and lime with metallic fabric 12. Prior to applying the interior coat of plaster 10, the installations are assembled which form the conduits for the plumbing, electricity and heating. The vertical panels 1 may be given openings for the fitting of the corresponding doors and windows, including interior joinery and exterior joinery. <IMAGE>
