This invention refers to pyridines condensed with heterocycles, which are obtained by transformation of corresponding pyridine-aldehydes condensed with advantageously substituted heterocycles with Grignard or Wittig reagents. Pyridines condensed with heterocycles are suitable as active substance in medicaments, specially in medicaments for hyperlipoproteinaemia, as well as arteriosclerosis treatment.
