The invention refers to utilization of a partially crosslinked elastomeric solid organopolysyloxane associated with a fatty phase for preparation of a skin treatment or makeup composition or in a composition to give a mate tonality to skin, as well as its several uses. Cosmetic compositions containing this association are gentle in application, easily spreadable, non adhesive, and do not dry skin. The same can be utilized in particular to stump skin defects such as micro-irregularities, wrinkles, pores, giving it a natural aspect.
