摘要 The present invention refers to a structural element for floor structure and ceilings construction and process to manufacture it, it particularly refers to a prefabricated concrete structural element, with improved properties in many aspects, reducing amount of operations which until now are being performed to elaborate a floor structure flagstone and/or reinforced concrete ceiling; bringing as a consequence an outstanding reduction in: building time; materials volume and in man-hours. Likewise, it refers to process to obtain it. Structural element is formed of four fundamental parts: a polymeric material block, preferably polystyrene, with a particular design, displayed metal, high resistance steel wire and high mechanical resistance mortar with fine granulometry, structural elements are supported on other structural elements such as walls or headframes, by means of high resistance wire prolongations which project from blocks, utilizing displayed material segments placed near blocks surface and submerging them in high resistance mortar, a leveling or bed are formed which constitute this structural element upper surface. During this invention structural element manufacturing process, polystyrene blocks serve as formworks producing mortar self-curing due to the fact that curing generated heat is exploited, accelerating said process, resulting in that after 12 hours, the adequate resistance to be able to handle it, is reached.
