A holder for supporting glass panes, especially multi-pane safety glass panes, at points, said panes being clamped between two supporting plates (2, 3) and held by a clamping bolt passing through both supporting plates. On the lower supporting plate (2) there is a pivot ball bearing (6) outside the glass pane region in which a fitting bolt (4) with a ball head (5) can pivot to a limited extent in all directions. To facilitate overhead fitting, the clamping bolt consists of the actual bolt and a securing and clamping screw (17) which can be inserted into a female-threaded hole in its upper end. |
