摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To enable flux distribution of a headlight to be always held in a horizontal direction by a method wherein by means of outputs from ultrasonic sensors mounted on both sides of the body of a motorcycle, the inclination angel of the body is detected, and according to the detected inclination angle of the body, the rotation angle of the headlight is regulated. CONSTITUTION:Ultrasonic sensors 1a and 1b are disposed on both sides of the body of a motorcycle. The ultrasonic sensors 1a and 1b are mounted in a state that respective ultrasonic wave emission ports are pointed to a road surface 4, and by means of outputs therefrom, the inclination angle of the body is detected. Namely, distances between the road surface 4 and the sensors are measured by means of the sensors 1a and 1b, signals of a voltage level responding to a measuring distance are outputted, and through detection of a difference between the outputs, the inclination of the body is detected. According to a detecting inclination angle, the rotation angle of headlight 3 is regulated, and control is effected so that flux distribution of the headlight 3 is held horizontally to the road surface 4.</p>
