<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate evacuation in a vessel and a charge of working gas by shifting a sealing member, closing a charge port of the pressure vessel, longitudinally, installing a screw member opening or closing this charge port, and constituting the vessel to open the sealing member via this screw member. CONSTITUTION:When a vessel is evacuated and working gas is charged in the inside, a charging plug 23 is attached to a plug setting hole 20 in advance, and a vacuum attractor is connected to this plug. After a cap member 24 is removed from a sealing member setting part 4, a screw member 12 in a fitting hole 5 is unscrewed back, a sealing member 7 is separated from a charge port 3, and this port 3 is interconnected to a charge hole 19. In this state intact, the cap member 24 is installed in the setting member 4 and, after a vessel outer surface opening part 5a of the fitting hole 5 is closed, the vacuum attractor is operated, the working gas in the pressure vessel 1 is discharged to the outside of the vessel 1. Subsequently, the charging plug 23 is reconnected to a working gas feeder, and the working gas is charged into the vessel 1.</p> |
