<p>Optical bidirectional transmit/receive module with a substrate (1), on one upper side of which waveguides (41, 42) with mirrors (5) are provided to deflect the radiation into the substrate (1) and on the opposite upper side of which a laser diode (6) is disposed as a transmitter, a photodiode (7) is disposed as a receiver and a connection for an optical fibre (9) is disposed opposite these mirrors (5) so that optical connections are set up between this optical fibre (9) and the laser diode (6), and between this optical fibre (9) and the photodiode (7), a coupler (14) being provided for the optical waveguides (41, 42). <IMAGE></p> |
