摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data communication equipment in which a transmitting time can be shortened by operating the re-transmitting operation of only the non-reaching data without operating the re-transmitting operation of whole files. SOLUTION: At the time of receiving a signal, a receiving side device allows a file management number managing part 10 to generate a file management number and transmits it through a communication controlling part 5 to a transmitting side. The transmitting side operates file transmission by using the received file management number. When a file to be transmitted is a new file, the file transmission is operated by using the file management number generated at the receiving side, as it is. On the other hand, when a communication error is generated during the file transmission, and the file is turned into non-reaching data from the middle, and the re-transmission of the file is operated by re-calling, the communication is started by using the file management number at the time of the generation of the communication error. At the receiving side, the file in which the communication error is generated is held for a prescribed time, and when the same file management number is received by re- transmission during that time, the communication is accepted, and the re-transmitted non- reaching block is stored in an SAF memory 4, and combinedly managed as a following of the block which is already received by a file managing part 9.
