PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repeatedly usable reversible thermal recording material by a simple method. SOLUTION: In this reversible thermal recording material having a recording layer, which comprises a coloring matter precursor turning into coloring matter through the emission of electrons and an electron acceptable compound on a support and by heating, wherein a coloring state is developed so as to form an image, the recording layer includes hydroxyphenyl benzoate as the electron acceptable compound and, in addition, at least one compound selected from amine compound having 10C or less alkyl group and diamine compounds having 10C or less alkyl group. |
